Elements Coffee - Barista

Main Responsibility:

Open the store, including:
Perform initial cleaning of the workspace and common areas.
Organize and restock supplies (coffee, milk, bar items, etc.).
Check the proper functioning of equipment such as the coffee machine and cash register.
Additional Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee-based beverages and other menu items with precision and quality.
Provide excellent customer service with friendliness and efficiency.
Operate the cash register, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace at all times during the shift.
Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales and quality goals.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or cashier (preferred).
Availability to work morning shifts and arrive on time.
Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.
Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
Shift Hours:
Monday to Friday from [specify start and end time, e.g., 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.].
