Here at the collective, we are hosting a platform for the new coffee shops opening in 2019. We will periodically update this list throughout the year so keep a look out for more shops to come!

Heights - Bicycle Speed Shop Café (Coffee Shop)

“A specialty coffee hospitality program located inside one the best bespoke bicycle shops in Houston Tx. Serving the Heights area for 4 years Bicycle Speed Shop always had a love for coffee and provided Espressos on a Rocket Machine since the beginning. After they expanded their space they decided to extend the services available to guests by serving specialty coffee. I, Rudy Hernandez was brought on to design the serving and hospitality program for the passionate Houston cycling and coffee community. Currently we are in our soft open but serving coffee and will announce our grand opening soon! Looking forward to collaborating and being a part of the Houston Coffee Collective.”
