The Houston Coffee Collective exists as a volunteer organization with the purpose of bringing together Houston’s coffee community. HtxCC works to connect baristas and other coffee professionals the resources needed to protect and advance their careers. The barista job sustainability questionnaire consisted of 23 questions which was a mixture of those from the same titled Counter Culture survey as well as ones from the HtxCC team. This information was collected anonymously through the Houston Coffee Collective Website between June 1,2019 through July 4, 2019.
